OVERVIEW: Gracenote Global Video Data is a comprehensive collection of worldwide TV, movie, and on-demand data. Leading cable, satellite, OTT, and service providers rely on Gracenote to enhance TV schedules, improve video search and discovery, and empower audiences to find and enjoy their favorite shows. Gracenote provides detailed information on movies, TV shows, live sports events, music, and more, fueling next-generation user interfaces and discovery engines globally. JOB ROLE: We are looking for an After Hours Schedule Editor specifically for the Polish market, with fluency in Polish language skills. Proficiency in other languages is preferred as assistance with other language markets is also expected. As an After Hours Schedule Editor, you will be responsible for efficiently processing and curating entertainment metadata, including television programming guides and VOD/OVD video catalogues. Your role will involve accurately updating and matching television programming from various content providers. This position requires strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and self-motivation to work independently. You will report directly to the Ingest Metadata Production Team Leaders, who oversee market-specific daily operations. The ideal candidate will accurately process a high volume of entertainment metadata, manipulating and enhancing the data to ensure high-quality content in the Gracenote database. WORKING SHIFTS: Sunday to Thursday (Tuesday to Friday, 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm and Sunday, 11:00 am to 7:30 pm) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: – Acquire, normalize, and enhance entertainment metadata from various content providers. – Process and manipulate data for correct ingestion into in-house software tools, ensuring high-quality and accurate content in the Gracenote database. – Investigate and confirm questionable programming content. – Run quality assurance checks using systematic reports. – Analyze and recommend process improvements. – Contribute to team and department projects. – Perform other assigned duties. QUALIFICATIONS: – Proficient knowledge of the Polish language. – Professional fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus. – Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills. – Experience using computer software and databases; good keyboarding skills. – Data entry experience using content management systems is beneficial. – Desire to work within a team and excellent communication skills. – Ability to work accurately under deadlines. – Quality-focused with high attention to detail. – Good knowledge of television, movies, and VOD programming, especially in the market language.
