**About the job**
In this role you can play a key role in shaping the digital landscape for the brand. Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to lead the digital and e-commerce efforts, drive brand presence, and enhance the consumer experience. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

**DTC and Digital Strategy:**
* Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy, establishing the digital brand ecosystem.
* Drive performance marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
* Optimise brand performance on search engines and leverage marketplaces.
* Analyse metrics to optimise campaigns and stay ahead of industry trends.

**Digital and Social Media:**
* Build and manage the social media and digital presence in Belgium and the Netherlands.
* Ensure a consistent brand message and visual identity across platforms.
* Manage community interactions and oversee the website’s role in the consumer journey.
* Coach colleagues on online behavior and ensure adherence to guidelines and KPIs.

**Consumer Data:**
* Focus on growing and managing consumer data to tailor communication and optimise the consumer journey.
* Execute mailings and customer engagement campaigns to keep the database updated and enrich available data.

**Other Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with the commercial team in an agile environment to contribute to brand’s success in the Benelux.
* Uphold safety and quality standards in all activities.

**About the ideal candidate**
**Education:**
* HBO/bachelor level, preferably in (digital) marketing or communications.

**Experience:**
* At least 5 years of proven experience in DTC marketing and social media management with a focus on brand building.
* Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and subscription models.

**Skills/Qualifications:**
* Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing analytics, and data interpretation.
* Excellent communication skills for online community engagement.
* Creative mindset with strong design and storytelling abilities.

**Language:**
* Excellent proficiency in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
