**About The Role**

We are looking for a creative pacesetter and innovative thinker who works at the speed of culture. A person with a digital savvy mindset open to exploring ideas agnostic of channel, who can fully marry what brands want to say and what consumers care about. As a member of the 180 Social team, you will be at the heart of the agency. You will lead compelling work for 360°campaigns, social content, and innovative digital experiences from start to completion. You will have the opportunity to work with the world’s most ambitious brands, people in one of the most iconic places in Amsterdam.

**Main Responsibilities**

* Conceptual powerhouse ability to produce cross platform ideas.
* Strong knowledge in emerging digital experience and social platforms.
* Strong knowledge of latest tech/industry/creative trends and able to translate them to strategic creative executions.
* Execution skills to bring ideas to life visually and in copywriting.
* Great understanding of client requirements and objectives of the brief.
* The confidence to share and present ideas both internally and externally, along with leadership skills to inspire colleagues and persuade clients to embrace creative work.

**What are we looking for in a candidate?**

* 5-8 years working in creative ad agencies.
* A degree in design, marketing & communication.
* Strong portfolio including 360°campaigns with social-first and digital thinking.
* Proven creative track record working across a variety of clients, campaigns and/or projects.
* Skilled in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, as well as Microsoft Suite and Google Slides.
* Fluent (writing + speaking) in English (Dutch is a big plus)
